In 2003, Gonzalo joined JPMorgan Chase as VP of Strategy & Business Development for the Chase Retail Bank. Gonzalo also gained international experience, living and working in San Francisco, London, Stockholm, and Madrid. At Bain, Gonzalo worked with clients across a variety of industries on growth strategy, operational improvement, and investment appraisal. In 2000, they left IBM to join Bain & Company as a management consultant. Gonzalo quickly rose through the ranks and was recognized with the Regional Marketing Excellence Award. Gonzalo began their career at IBM in 1996 as a Software Sales Representative. Gonzalo has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, including strategy, business development, and process improvement. Gonzalo Luchetti is currently the CEO of the US Consumer Bank at Citigroup.
